I make sure to go to fall asleep early so that I can get a full 8 hours of sleep, I don't drink caffiene in the evening, I don't use sleeping pills (when I do, it's even harder to wake up), and I have 3 alarms, yet I can never wake up. I will get up and turn off my alarms / press the snooze button, but I can never remember doing it and it feels like I have no control over my body in the morning, like being able to force myself out of bed and in the shower. I don't know what else to do, any advice on how I can wake up in the morning?
This hasn't been a problem in the past, even when I only got a few hours of sleep, but it has been happening for almost a month now. I'm not just getting 8 hours of sleep, I'm getting 10 - 12 and missing work.
