Your body has been depleted of essential vitamins and is dehydrated. That is basically what a hangover is. You need to 1. Make sure you sleep b/c alcohol disturbs your normal sleep patterns. 2. Drink lots of water or gatorade, even if you don't feel like it. 3. Take some EmergenC- which is a concentrated fizzy vitamin drink that will replenish your vitamins--especially B vitamins, which is important after drinking a lot. You can buy it at a pharmacy or local grocery store. 4. There is a hangover cure made my Alka-seltzer as well--it has caffeine in it. 5. Drink some caffeine & take some tylenol 6. Eat something high in carbs to absorb the acids in your stomach. Depending on how your stomach is--you could just start with some toast or a bagel, but actually eating a heavy meal works for me--hashbrowns, pancakes, etc.

Alcohol causes dehydration and low blood sugar levels, the best thing to do would be to drink a lot of water (not cafinated drinks such as coffee - this makes dehydration worse as its a diuretic) and eat some chocolate, but if your stomach is feeling a bit dodgy that may not be possible, in which case eating something like bread would help soak up the alcohol but may contribute to dehydration unless you drink more water.

some stores carry hangover medicine,or pills put together for cureing the hangover. If you take some b-12,and ginsing,vita-e, it should cure but the tabs that are put together carry the tabs you need to cure your hangover and put you back on track. at least for today . They sell them at am/pm's and conveiance stores gas stations if they have a little conveniance store.

Alka seltzer---I swear by it.

Plop plop fizz fizz, oh what a releif it is....

I believe it was created to cure hangovers. That and breakfast burritos...something spicy always puts my stomach right back. Drink lots of water too...and next time, dont get so wasted!!!! or at least, drink a lot of water before you go to bed. Its the collection of toxins that arent distilled out of alcohol, that give you the headache, that and a lot of sugar in blended drinks.

Drink some coffee, eat some really greasy food like bacon or something...I used to and worked for me. Also aspirin can help or they sell hangover pills at the gas station.

Drink water. The water will not mix with the alcohol and you will puke all the poisons up! It is like a oil and water kinda thing. It works.
