At the present time there is absolutely no stop smoking device that will help you quit without a certain amount of will power. There's no magic pill, no secret cream, no amazing patch. Nothing. No matter what you try to help you quit, you still have to have a certain amount of will power.

I quit using tobacco but it didn't happen over night. Even with the patch, I still had very strong urges which were very hard to resist. You have to think about it like this. It took me 15 years to reach a level which my body would allow me to have a high dose of nicotine. Nothing will be able to help me quit in 2 weeks or even 22 weeks. It took time to build up my addiction so it will take time to reduce it.

Don't get me wrong now. Stop aids like the patch, the gum, the sucreets and the pill can help and do help reduce you need to use tobacco. BUT ... without will power you have no hope. When you decide to quit, just quit. Hang in there if you're a smoker or use chewing tobacco. You can beat the addiction. Just don't expect a miracle drug that will end your addiction overnight.
