A couple of nights ago my husband and I were at Wal-Mart and we were standing around talking to some friends and i began to feel weak and I felt like my body was going calaps (sp?), my breathing and heart rate went up and I began to feel a tingling in my hand. I didn't say anything but after a while when it faded, a little, my hands and knees were shaking, why does this happen to me? Whats wrong?

A couple of things come to mind. There is a cardiac condition called SVT or supraventricular tachycardia. Your heart will start to increase to over 150 beats per minute. Some of the symptoms your describe are similar to those who have had SVT. Sometimes it goes away on its own and others it doesn't, in which a visit to the emergency room is required. Medicine is given to slow it back down to a normal rate.

The other condition comes to mind is an anxiety (panic) attack. This condition affects people who are overtly anxious and in some cases those who are not. There are those who appear anxious on the outside and there are those whereby our mind sees something and even though we don't become anxious, it triggers something in our subconscious mind and creates the symptoms you are experiencing.

In either case, if it continues, it would be wise to go seek medical attention. Hope this helps, feel free to email me if you have any other questions or concerns

Definitly go and see a doctor. With the tingling in your hand if it was your left hand could be a sign of a mild heart attack. What your body is telling you is that it needs to be checked and taken care of. Stay away from salts and greasy foods and red meats. You are lucky that your body is letting you know that it needs getting checked so you can take care of it . It could be really nothing that serious and just a change of diet might be all you need to do but the doctor will be the one that is the only one that will be able to determine what all needs to be done it could be just a lack of vitamins too. But go see the doctor so he can determine what is the problem and what needs to be done. What ever it is it is a warning so listen to your bodys warning and get seen.

First you should look at your eating routine. Are you ingesting nutrient dense ingredients and entire grains or fried nutrition and sugar? That makes an excellent distinction to skill levels and metabolism. 2d do you've a quickly metabolism and are you actually ingesting adequate nutrition to satisfy you on a daily basis metabolic needs. I devour each and every 3 hours (6 to eight circumstances on a daily basis) and my skill element is intense with none crashes, yet those food are intense in protein and sophisticated carbs, and very low in fat except the solid ones. have you ever had your fasting glucose levels checked. this can help be certain if you're Diabetic. search for suggestion from out of your time-honored practitioner and look at your eating routine.

There is absolutely no way for anyone -- even those of us in medically-related professions -- to tell you what sort of health problems you may be experiencing without the benefit of a physical exam.

If this problem has become chronic and is a concern to you -- which it should be -- then you need to make an appointment to see your physician. I know my answer isn't the easy one... but in the long run, I assure you that it's the best.
