SHould I write a newspaper article, contact the news, etc..? If I don't get help soon, I will die. I am 33 and believe it or not, am still articulate and preety. My parents used to have money years ago but my Dad did some bad business investments and now we're broke. My Mom only makes $24,000 as a Catholic school teacher and I cannot work because of my addiction as well as severe depressioin and anxiety. There are cheap treatment centers but they are mainly for street people or people that are court ordered and don't want to really be there. I want to go somewhere with people who really want to get better. I want to go somewhere comforting, serene, beautifiul with very caring staff that enjoy their jobs. I have found several places that would be perfect but they are around $14,000 a month and I'd atleast need to go 2 months I think. My Mom could probably pay atleast $5000 at the most and that'd still hurt her financially. I have been an addict for almost 20 years and (Cont'd)

My price range is probably at the most, $9000 a month and maybe $13,000 for 60 days. I want to go to a decent place. I mean, I know that this is no vacation but for that kind of money, I expect nicely decorated bedrooms, comforatable bedding, clean meeting rooms and dining area. It should also have a gym. Anyone know of anywhere like this? Oh, I also would prefer to go somewhere that's in a preety, tranquil setting.

One my friends has recenty had a plastic surgery(liposuction). She is really young(23) and I told her not to do this, because she can lose that weight giving up on fast food and doing a lot of exercise. She did not listen to me.Now she's in the hospital and she has severe complications. She spent all that money and now she feels awful.I just don't understand why people choose to do this.I'm a vegetarian,I've been eating organic food for 5 years and I've been looking great and feeling healthy ever since.I think the natural way is the way to go.What do u think?

Has anyone tried them? Do they really help reduce snoring? The commercials claim that they "train" the person to sleep without snoring after using them for 14 days. Is that true?

I read in a book about hangovers that when your veins become dilated, it causes your blood to run faster through them, and then causes a pounding headache. Is this true?

I've heard that the frequent use of enemas can be bad for you but what if you are just using a disposable enema bottle but filling it up with plain water? Will this be equally harmful?

A neurologist said I was epileptic after I told him I get dizzy and sometimes pass out after working out sometimes. I thought it was heat exhaustion, but he said it was me having seizures. It's also happened after dancing hard at a club or standing in the heat. Without doing any tests, he diagnosed me as being epileptic. The medications he gave me actually caused me to have seizures and sent me to the ER. After telling him this, he had me take another form of seizure meds. He never actually saw me after I got out of the ER. He left the second set of meds at the front desk w/no dosage instructions. The new meds caused me to have a very BAD rxn that kept me home from work for a day. He then said to go back on the first set of meds that caused me to go into seizures that sent me to the ER. Because of this, I am seeking a second opinion about being epileptic. My appt w/the second neurologist is this month.
