I fyou start going out with someone that someone you work closely with just split from about 2 weeks ago, how should you tell them?

I've been working with this guy for a few months, she ended with him not long before christmas and although he sems unaffected, I think he is. Now I'm with her and I don't want to lose my friendship with him.

Would it help if my dumb *** would mention that they were only togeher a few weeks and never took off the ground..my problem is that I work in such close quarters with him.

I agree with what Rose is saying but things happened with her and me way before she got with him so alls well, would never do that to a friend

There is no easy way to tell this person. I would ask him how he feels about her, know his thoughts. See where his head is at first. That way you can respond appropriately.

I always thought there was an unwriiten rule not to touch your friends ex's but if it is just a co worker i would just come out with it, be honest.
