You should go in bed by 23:00 at least and avoid comp. games, chess, more water and late sleeping. You will get sound sleep between 22:00 to 04:00 and late sleeping mises it.
If you trust God recite His prayers or just His name concentrating on Him till you fall asleep. My experience is 10 mins. sufficient or even less. Don't think anything else till you are asleep.
If possible take a round magnet and keep under your neck with its' S pole touching the neck. Now start reciting. You will be asleep within 5 to 10 mins.

Lie down flat on your bed.
Keep yourself covered with a blanket or something which will keep you warm after your fall asleep.
Close your eyes and start breathing in and breathing out deeply, and slowly.
Every-time you breathe out, you whisper to yourself, "Relax," and feel yourself relaxing. It may help to concentrate on one part of your body, like your right leg, and work on your entire body until your are totally relaxed. Whatever you do, do not stop the rhythm of breathing in and breathing out.
Keep doing this until you fall asleep. Usually it takes no more than 10 such in-and-out breaths before you fade away.

when I want to fall asleep I watch any julia roberts movie , I'm asleep in the first 5 minutes

Chalomille Tea or Valeria tea(natural sleep aid)
A bowl of Cereal and Milk ( it lower your insulin )
A slice of turkey .
A glass of healthy red wine ...
Read ....(if you like reading)
Get busy and move your body....
**** BETH*** be nice , some people have trouble sleeping so either leave it or go anwere another question in positive attitude****

Become a turkey lover....either that or chinese food. Both of them will have you snoring about an hour after eating them.

u hav gotta try this..
usually wen we cant sleep itz because we have alot on our minds so we need away to erase them. imagine a whiteboard and pen... write down evertything that is on your mind one by one and rub it out, it sounds stupid but it actually works and before you even get to finish.. your gon :) xx
