I'm sorry but you can't. Your wrist is mostly tendens and bone no much muscle. Either you'll grow soon or your wrists are just shaped that way.

Play Tennis or Badminton.
All tennis players & badminton players have very wide wrists.
My wrist too is very wide because of this.

yeah, do resistance training, that should help, but keep in mind, you are young. some folk even hit a growth spurt after college. but another thing you might wanna try is wolf's law. what's that? well i'm glad i asked :-D wolf's law states that if a bone is subjected to impact over a long period of time, it will form tiny fractures in it which will fill up with more bone, making the bone thicker and more durable. i'd look into wing chun if you wanna take that route.

First you are 15 and they are fully develped yet but second lift weights with your wrists build up the muscle is the only thing that i can think of.

It's all about working out your forearms and biceps..but don't sweat it!! you still have alot of growing to do. Try doing some workouts with light dumbells and also try using a baseball bat.. flex it the way bonds does when he is up at the plate.

Hi fren i dont think it will increase bcoz its depends upon ur body type, bcoz u know muscle will encrease if we do some workout but there is no muscle on tht area.
