I've heard that the frequent use of enemas can be bad for you but what if you are just using a disposable enema bottle but filling it up with plain water? Will this be equally harmful?

Frequent use is problematic; it washes out necessary bacteria (flora). Nothing wrong with occasional use. Any prepacked solution frequently used can also be problematic as saline and others are irritants and can draw out excess fluids causing dehydration.

What you probably don't want to hear is adapting your diet for optimum bowel health -- is probably the best answer along with exercise.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness. if your prepare is to be sparkling by way of and by way of, there's no longer something incorrect with it. Now for the burning question: What are you putting on your enema? while you're putting weirdo chemical compounds on your enema each and every of the time like Caffeine or different drugs, then there's a undertaking. the vast gut absorbs chemical compounds extremely promptly via way of any enema. Even eating water it extremely is artificially fluoridated via our close by gov'ts represents a undertaking, as a result filtered water is best. The trick is to maintain that wash water in there for below 2 seconds, then eliminate it. an extremely easy vinegar answer (your fav type) is stable sufficient for an superb cleansing. Be properly.

Using enemas is very not a bad thing at all. It is better to use a little sea salt in the solution rather than plain water. I would buy a Fleet Bagenema and use that at least once a week. It costs about $5.00 at a pharmacy. Just about any drug store can order you one if they don't carry them. A Fleet Bagenema holds 1500ml and is very effective. I use two teaspoons of sea salt for every 1500ml enema. I would also add yogurt to your diet as it puts a good flora in your bowel. The Bagenema box has very good directions on it. I start out on my left side and move to the knee chest position. Try it!!! Don't be afrade it works very well. Good Luck and Good Health.

It would depend on how often you did it. You could accidentally wash helpful bacteria out of your system and this could potentially make you very ill.
