He's 4 years old.

He's having a throat culture.

How can i stop him from squirming ? Can i sit him on my lap ?

What's best way to restrain him ? Because i know, he'll put up a fight.

Spouse and 14 year old are susceptible to migraines. Really don't want to go prescription route. Have recently read that magnesium can help prevent migraines. Multi Vitamin has 100 mg Magnesium (doseage 1 pill), Calcium Citrate + with Vit. D claims to have Magnesium Stearate (doseage 2 pills), Vitamin C claims to have Magnesium Stearate (doseage 1 pill) . Read that Magnesium Stearate is supposed to be a synthetic salt manufacturers use in making vitamins. They like to eat some of the foods that contain magnesium but not every day. Maybe they're not taking enough Magnesium. Should they also take a Magnesium Supplement as well? If so how many more mg should they take? Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

I damaged my right index finger when I was 9 years old and now I am 36. The nail has never grown right. A doctor told me years ago about a pill but she said it could make the nail grow upright. Any advice would be appreciated!!

I've tried a couple different brands but they seemed really thick. They moved on my eyes and it was irriating, so they didn't work out. Also I found the prescription wasn't quite strong enough either. I would like to find some good multi-day contacts since they are supposed to be more breathable. I work in front of a computer all day, so breathability would be nice. I'd take them out every night though to give my eyes a break.

For about 2 hours last night I slept on my left arm wrong and woke up with my fingers pressed rather hard between my knees and my arm bent and wedged underneath me. It wasn't numb, but for the next 30 minutes I had cold fingers and my arm had the general sensation of having poor circulation. It's been about 10 hours now and my arm still feels like I have no circulation - cold fingers, achy in places and an overall heavy feeling. Is this normal for me to still be feeling something like this 10 hours later?

I just started the CNA class, hoping it will give me a better chance at getting in a nursing program soon. I also would like to work as a CNA while i go to school. Is there anyone who has experience working as a CNA? I love going to the nursing home & visiting with the residents, so working with elderly people isn't an issue with me. I'm just wondering if the job is a bad as everyone makes it out to be.. And also, are CNA's treated badly by "superior" people? Thank you in advance for you help!

2. Well I was wondering if you do have it, can you tell me the advantages and disadvanteges.

3. Does it wrinkle your cloths once you air compress it?

4. What's the point in aircompressing it in a tight plastic bag?

5. Why does wal-mart has the jumbo dress bag with little tiny holes in them, (it's a zipper bag where you can store about 6 hang clothing to keep dust out) I mean so do you suppose to have airflow or do you suppose to have them airtight like that airtight bag compressor?

I am just curious about something.I am usually a little anxious about doing things ex hurting myself because I worry about physical activity causing my heart to beat too fast. For several months I haven't done anything extremely physical and yesterday i decided to get out in the cold and shovel a little snow. When I came in my muscles that I used were shaking I thought from the cold but you know how it feels when you haven't used certain muscles in awhile and they tremble..It felt that way .I wasn't in any pain and got up this morning and did somethings moving a few things around and had the door open with cold air coming it.All of a sudden I felt my neck get stiff and my muscles ached and arms felt tired and then my legs ached ..If you don't use muscles for awhile is common to have them feel that way after just a little snow shoveling in the cold the next day?Or does the anxiety add to this making them stiffen up to make you feel that way the next day?Even later today still feel that wa

Over the past few months i have been tired ALL the time. I attend a major university in Boston and in the past i have worked hard. now i am not motivated to do anything. i have missed class several times this week, i used to work out but haven't been running or to the gym in a few weeks. I just cant get motivated to do anything. Over winter break i woke up past noon and went to bed around 10.
I can fall asleep within 10 minutes at any given time. I lost interest in a lot of things. i really don't think i am depressed. maybe a little sad that i am so unmotivated but not depressed.
