ANA test is for anti nuclear antibodies and is commonly used in the diagnosis of an autoimmune condition (one where you are getting sick because your body is making antibodies to tissues) the diseases which cause this are many and vary in severity. A high ANA means that you may have some type of an autoimmune condition. What were you being tested for?? What symptoms??

If you had blood work done, you had to have a doctor tell you to get it done, right?

CALL THE DOCTOR AND HAVE HIM/HER EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU.
