It could be a problem with your back. I had a bulging disc from an injury and didn't know it. I didn't have any back pain that I noticed but one of my legs sure ached a lot; especially in the morning. If this continues get your back checked out.

ingesting alcohol dehydrates the body. it truly is what human beings oftentimes imagine of as a dangle over. regardless of the indisputable fact that it also dehydrates all the body so all of your joints have a harder time shifting. also once you drink you dont bypass round as a lot at the same time as you sleep so your body units up like you've been sitting in a unmarried position too lengthy and are sore once you bypass lower back. try ingesting some water previously you bypass to mattress.

How old are you? If you're still in your teens, you may be experiencing growing pains.
I used to get them something fierce!
But, if it's just the one leg, maybe you're sleeping on it funny.
Try doing some leg exercises in bed before getting up to get the blood going.

Check with your doctor, there is a name for it but I forget off hand what the medical term is. There is help for it.
