Doctor gave me a Home Enema Kit - to prep me for surgery.
Can a friend do it - too scared to do it myself !!
Will it hurt ? What's the best position to be in ?
Will i get cramps ?

You can have a friend do it. It doesn't hurt however it is uncomfortable, because you have to hold it in for as long as you possibly can. Yes you will have some discomfort in your stomach however it will release once you go.
If you are going to have a friend do it you would probably have to be in the doggy position. If you do it yourself: on your back legs up and spread. There is no nice way of doing this. I have given you a website you may want to look at.

Bored are you. lol Just kidding, I guess at one point or another we all need enemas for what ever reason. I have never actually had one, but from what my friends here tell me, it is not pleasant but it is not painful, and if you have someone help, depending on your personalilty will be how you choose that help. If you need jokes to break the tention, then that would be the friend to choose, if you want seriousness then that is the friend to choose. I would probably throw up if someone asked for my help, I just can't handle stuff like that.

Yes a friend can do it. It doesn't hurt but it is very uncomfortable. The best position is to lay down on your left side with your left knee on the floor.
As for cramping, it will probably start griping as soon as it goes in.

It can be painful if you put to much in at a time. but if you stop and drain when it gets uncomfortable it wont hurt you. If someone does it for you, they wont know when to stop. Just go slow and do it a little at a time. you will need to keep doing it until the water is coming back out clear. I usually do it sitting on the toilet.
