I know my stressors, and am trying to deal with them, I know I havnt been sleeping the greatest either, and I will hopefully catch up on that soon. I am so moody, so irritable, I could cry at the drop of a pin, yes It's that time of the month as well, maybe that's not helping. But, I'm wondering if you have ever felt this way? and what can I do to calm my nerves. My husband sais one thing that irritates me, like "why didnt you do such and such.." and I yell at him, and start crying.. what the heck is this? I'm anxious, and emotional, and I don't know why.. and I want to fix it.. will it be gone tomorrow? how can I cheer up? I'm usually the one cheering everyone else up.. now I feel alone.. any advice welcome please.. thanks..
