Try to find something to laugh about. Talk to other employees. Take a little break and do deep breathing. Do some Yoga stretches. How about some daydreaming-you could go on that cruise!

Sit (or stand) back for a minute, clear your mind and say "Lord, be merciful to me, a sinner!" twelve times like you really mean it. Your stress will be gone right away.
It's a tested remedy.

Try playing soft music if you can. Do soft-breathing techniques- 10 good breaths. If you do it right it can really help a person- it has worked for me several times.
