Stress or eyestrain (from all the studying) can both cause headaches..........try to break off for 15-29 minutes and lie down with a cold cloth over eyes (they sell mask for this purpose) and just try to chill with no interruptions (set the alarm if you are afraid of dosing off), for minor ongoing headaches this can alleviate some of the discomfort. You can also take Advil or something similar and sometime caffeine can help. Just be careful because too much of the medication or caffeine can cause a rebound headache that is sometime worse than the original when their effects wear off. Good luck with exams!!!

Stress is a major factor in headaches in general, and stress related migraine in particular. You need to find a way to reduce the stress in your life, or learn to deal with it in a healthy way in order to cut down on the incidences of headaches. Tension and stress headaches are caused by the tightening of the nerves and muscles in your body, mainly in your neck and this tightening will in turn affect the flow of blood through your circulatory system which will cause the headache to worsen. You can help to alleviate some of the headache symptoms with diet and exercise. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water, being dehydrated can cause these headaches also. Many people will use an exercise program which includes stretching and yoga to lessen stress. You will have to do some research into what works the best for you.

It is most likely stress or perhaps the flu. Take some vitamin c and echinachea to make sure you don't get sick.
Try taking a break and resting your head on your arms on the table/desk with you eyes closed several times during study sessions. Clear your mind and don't think of anything to do with school. If you are afraid you will fall asleep, set your alarm clock or a timer so it's only 5 minutes or so.
If you try all the stuff people recommend and it doesn't work, go see your doctor and make sure it's nothing serious.

dont worry every one have those :)
In education, certification, counseling, and many other fields, a test or an exam (short for examination) is a tool or technique intended to measure students' expression of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. A test has more questions of greater difficulty and requires more time for completion than a quiz. It is usually divided into two or more sections, each covering a different area of the domain or taking a different approach to assessing the same aspects.
A standardized test is one that compares the performance of every individual subject with a norm or criterion. The norm may be established independently, or by statistical analysis of a large number of subjects.

It is very possible that your stress is causing your headaches, also if you are reading a lot in preperation for your exams, it could also be eye strain causing the pain. I would recommend some deep breathing exercises to calm yourself, do not read for more than an hour at a time, and take frequent breaks. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Sounds like it is stress. Try doing some excersise, that will help, or anthing that takes your mind of the studying. Drink enough of water as that will help your brain. Take time out so you can come back refreshed and concentrate.
Good luck.
