My 15-year-old daughter is having problems going to sleep at night. She is doing exams this year and finds school stressful. She finds that her brain is still so active when she goes to bed that she can't just drop off. Then she is really tired next day at school.
Does anyone have any remedies that worked for them?
(Not sleeping tablets)

My 10 yr old has 4 bites on one shoulder and 1 on forearm and 1 on her other shoulder, they look white with a red ring around it, about 1/2 to 1 and burning sensation.

I have a large(!!) head, making it difficult to find frames that fit. I finally found a big tag heuer frame (link below) that fits, but when I got my polycarbonate lenses, my vision was distorted. My optician just ordered me new 1.67 hi-index lenses (similar to ones I had in my old glasses, which had much smaller frames). My prescription is -3.75 in both eyes, PD = 70, CYL = -50, Axis = 180/175.

What kind of lens should I get to minimize distortion and still let me keep these frames??

Ive only been smoking for two years, and I would like to quit... its very hard to stop this nasty habit, Anyone have any suggestions/methods on how to quite without quitting cold turkey, or using the patch? Its way to expensive for me...
But smoking has become my biggest addiction. Im tired of spending the money on cigarrettes and polluting my body...also what can I do to get my husband to stop smoking or atleast stop smoking around me once I quit because he is hard headed..because I know if he smokes it will be to easy to give in to temptation...

I have discovered a pale blue colour (about 1 inch long)in my saliva

The doctors said it doesn't really serve a purpose. LIARS. Why else would it be there. It stores bile which helps break down certain foods, because the gall bladder isn't there bile is constantly dripping in your system. I had mine taken over a year ago and it sucks. What are the problems any of you are having now?

I was away in another city when my mom and sister took my guinea pig to the hospital. He was having trouble breathing and hadn't eaten anything. The hospital charged them $475.00 when they knew he was basically dead. I was angry because my sister pushed for them to keep trying and they knew he ws basically dead. I told my mom I would help pay her back. I'm just angry because after all that money I wanted him to get put to sleep. Am I angry to be so angry that they wasted that money?

A few nights ago me and some buddies ate some lamb. A day or 2 later me and one of my buddies had diarrea and few stomach pains. A day later 3 other buddies who had ate the lamb also got the same symptoms. Everyone else has gotten rid of thier diarrea within a day or so, but I still have it. I have taken the chewable Pepto's with no relief. Should I try to find the liquid pepto or what?

Okay. So I went to the ear doctor last month and he pulled this really big thing out of my ear drum and it hurt REALLY bad and he told me to take the drops in my ear and I did. Now I am going back in 2 days and my mom and grandma looked in my ear and they said that they didn't see any scabs or anything bad...just wax and stuff...I really hope that the doctor won't have to scrape in their again...do you think he will?
