why would you eve consider a flu shot its a gimmic to get you sick with the flu ,so doctors can make their money. i would never get one and im 33 and never had the flu. just keep your hands clean and you may get by with out getting sick.its all about cleanlyness. you do know that young and old people have died from this shot. they just dont put it on the news, but its true. its all about taking care of your self. you want to get sick, run... hurry get your flu shot then.

It's according what your allergic to. But for general for out door pollen it's spring and fall. For anything else it's when your in contact with that which bothers you.
