I have a hard lump on the bottom (underside) of my foot. It is not painful unless I push in on it, and it is a little larger than marble size. Any ideas?

It is on the inside of my foot, like under the skin, and feels very thick.

I had something that sounds like what you are describing. It was diagnosed as a bone spur.
When it comes to your health, never take chances. See a podiatrist.

it is more than likely a plantars wart does it look like cauliflower? if it is a wart they are even larger on the inside of the foot so be extra careful. they now have home remedy wart removal the kind that freezes it off you could try it but the best bet is to see your doctor (even a general practitioner ) they can freeze them off.

You may have to take a needle and dig into it there could be a splinter of somewhat in your foot and it could be infected.
