A few nights ago me and some buddies ate some lamb. A day or 2 later me and one of my buddies had diarrea and few stomach pains. A day later 3 other buddies who had ate the lamb also got the same symptoms. Everyone else has gotten rid of thier diarrea within a day or so, but I still have it. I have taken the chewable Pepto's with no relief. Should I try to find the liquid pepto or what?

there may have been something wrog with the lamb, I would go ahead and try the liquid pepto but if that dont help after a couple days or so I would see a doctor.

I agree eat Yogurt, cottage cheese (regular), or drink buttermilk it will help to restore the normal body flora. Wonderful home remedy works every time (for me and mine anyway). Drinking gatorade will help but only drink it if it tatses really good. If it doesn't taste right your body doesn't need the electrolytes that is in it. it can cause an electrolyte imbalance when drinking it and it isn't needed. So eat yogurt!!!

If you suspect food poisoning, DO NOT TAKE ANTI-DIAHHREA PRODUCTS. This is your body's way of excreting the poisons. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Eat yogurt to restore the good bacteria in your digestive tract. If the condition persists, do see a doctor.
