It feels like the musules are tight on my left side inbetween my shoulder and chest it kinda plays with my breathing making my lift long feel congested it bothers me the most when i try to relax or sleep what could it be?

my 8 year old son just started midget football 2 weeks ago. This Friday he went for his ck up and had a hep A shot. That afternoon he had football practice and he had been practicing for hour and a half when he came to me and said he was feeling dizzy and seeing spots. Three other boys had headaches also. any suggestions on what could have caused the dizzyness and spots? When we got home and he cooled off the dizzyness and spots went away. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am a worrier. Thanks!!

I have had this problem for months now. In my left hand 2 of my fingers go numb and then ache really bad. It's not so bad when doing bicep curls but i find activities such as tricep press' and overhead press' intensify the problem; and when i tighten my grip on the dumbell. I have been told it could be a trapped nerve; but im not sure. Please can anyone help me with this ?

I broke my lower leg about 3-4 years ago. It hurts right where I broke it today, possibly from walking around a lot in heels last night and today. Besides rest, is there anything I can do to expedite its healing? I already took 2 Percocet (7.5/325) for the pain (it's pretty bad). Thanks

This morning i was running into another room and bam, i hit my hip on the side of the door opening VERY hard.It is on my waist directly on the side.It hurts ALOT only when i touch it. and there is now a roundish, purple, kind of swollen mark there. It is about as big as an adult size finger nail. Is it a bruise or did i pop a vein or what? and how do i make it better by monday?

a few years ago I sprained my ankle by standing up on the side of my foot when I was exiting my vehical, I was seen at the E.R. and after x-rays I was given an air cast I wore it approx 2 wks. Later first thing in the morning it was feeling like I was stepping down on glass in the middle of my heel. Doc referred to foot specilist. after three different rounds of cotisone in middle of toes- side of baby toe- and middle of heel. at one point doc accidently stuck needle behind my ankle bone and I felt a pain shoot across the top of my foot and radiate up the outer side and up to baby toe all at once I jumped and yelled and when I looked down the needle was hanging out of my ankle the doc took back ahold of it and slowly pulled it out needless to say now my foot in it's entire is bothering me what can I do now it has been suggested that my nerve even be romoved nerve conduction tests shows damage what should I do as I can't take constent pain any longer?

I had a friend tell me this, and I'm supposedly not naturally strong. Supposedly the bigger the whitish ring, the more calcium deposits or something, meaning more bone density. This somehow translates to more power (like in a punch).

On an off for the past six months, my rt ankle periodically wakes me up in the middle of the night with this hot craping feeling, and the only way I can get the 8 pain on a scale of 1-10 to ease is to dive into a warm bathtub and soak it. Walking on it used to help but it has gotten worse and more frequent. Its not just a leg cramp its worse. Its not from injury that I know of or exercise. I did take a medication six months ago that caused a lactic acid build up so I quit it, (Metformin) for PCOS. Any ideas what this could be?

my husband works at a mill and he was doing something with some lumber, and a guy threw a peice of lumber to him and he wasn't watching and it hit him in the groin.. well right above his penis.. and for the past month he has had this lump, or knot right where he got hit and is to embarressed to go to the doctor... is this anything to worry about?

Whilst playing for my local rugby side recently, I took a severe blow to my nose which has damaged the piece of cartilage beetween my nostrils they have deviated from being in a centre position and now bend permanently to one angle.

It's quite painful and I'm having difficulty breathing out of the damaged side of my nose. Having spoken with my GP they said there is nothing they can do for me, my nose is fine and is completly straight, I seem to think otherwise can you give me any info or any advice on what to do next as I'm really quite genuinly in pain and feel let down.
