I was cleaning windows at my trailer and they are very thin. My hand and wrist went through one of them. The laceration is 1.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. May 31st, I had six stitches put in. The doctor said I was lucky is was not an artery and just a tendon. The tendon I cut: if you follow your left pointer finger down to about 1 inch below the wrist, that is where the tendon is located.

the truck admitts fault and they do have insurance,my car will be fix today,my daughter went to eme. room she was treated and release with pain med. do i sue their insurance co. for my daughter?

was injured in Feb. 2006 and started having headaches. Soon the pain countinued into my neck and shouldes. Never recieving a cause from dr's I was, and am still, unsure of why I suffer from chronic muscle, joint, and tendon pain througout my entire body.!
I was even fired from my job. I am going crazy trying to get an answer of what I have and when can I go back to work? PLEASE HELP if you know ANYTHING that can help me!!!! ;o

A while ago I took a big puff off a smoke and ever since then, once in a while I have a hard time breathing, and when I inhale I start coughing because it fells like a pressure on my chest, I dont even smoke;;;. Does anyone no what this could be?

i was thinking shooting the palm of the hand would make you lose almost all hand control, a shot to the thigh might damage the sciatic nerve and cause a limp... if one had to choose a body part to be shot, what would be the wisest choice?

Does anyone know any stretches/exsersizes i can do that help with pain & recovery? I went to the Dr. and I have pain medication, however I have no medical insurance, so an MRI, physical therapy, etc are out of the question.

My son has 3 broken bones in his left clavicle and just wondering how well the surgery works and if you have had or have known anyone with any complications from the metal, etc? Thanks! Wish him luck he is going in the morning for surgery!

Ok here's how it happened...... Baseball game, I'm on second, teammate hits a single, I round third and head home, close play at the plate, catcher in my way, I slide hard into him, take out his legs and he falls on top of me. My back ended up in a horrible position!

Back in October I seperated my shoulder playing soccer (a GK at my university). I loosened the ligaments in my shoulder, tore my labrum (cartiledge), and tore my rotator cuff slightly. I'm scheduled for surgery soon and I'd like to know how long I should expect it to take before I'm back at 100% and doing pull-ups again. The doc said he'll be tightening the ligaments and repairing the cartiledge but will most likely do very little, if anything, to my rotator cuff. I know I'll be doing rehab for a while and that each person is different when it comes to recovery, but how long did it take any of you to recover from a similar surgery?
