*hit on balls can cause TORSION TESTIS
-it is a surgical emergency and need immediate sugery
-so i recommend hit on balls is more "painful"
*hit on boobs can cause HAEMATOMA IN BREAST
-it is not a surgical emergency
-can also resolve without surgery
-So its less "painful"

Im a woman and a shot to the boobs really hurts but ive seen grown me cry by just getting their balls grazed so i say balls hurts worse.

Getting kicked in the balls as well as getting punched i the boobs, assult in anyform is very hurting...

Are you crazy! Boobs would sting and bruise, but BALLS ARE DELICATE AS HELL! Getting injured in the man-sack can render you impotent! Never heard of that happeneing with boobs!

well I have the boobies and it hurts like all get out when someone hits you in the boobs but I definately think the balls would be waaay worse

Balls gets my vote. It hurts to get hit in the breast but a girl can usually stay upright getting hit there. However it can bring a girl to her knees if she is hit in the same location as the guys. OUCH!!

probably to get kicked, but if you kick a girl in the same spot it will hurt just as bad!

Balls probably.......boobs can really hurt though.........And being kicked in the muff if you are female is VERY painful.
