Sounds like a touch of the clutch. Actually, you may have screwed up your meniscus cartilage. Better have a doctor look at it soon. Might even be a interior or anterior ligament.

Twisting a knee is nasty..you may be all out of whack now.. you should see and orthotics guy.. when you are out of alignment, it causes a lot of difficulties..you may require inserts in your shoe.. but get them at a real orthotics guy.. get them to make casts of your feet.. when you where them, your legs,hips,spine and pelvis are forced into the correct position.. they are very comfortable. After I started wearing mine, I never got back problems again

Torn ligaments. Takes up to two months to heal. May need a brace!

it could be broke or torn really bad. Go the doctor.

it could be a hareline fracture.
it can be serious so
go visit a doc.
