sunday night i was pissed out my face kicked a lampost and have broken a bone in my foot. i no yes im stupid. but when i go to the hospital and they ask what happend and i dont want to say i kicked a lampost because of all that stareing at you like your wasteing there time. what can i say happend? somethink that would inflict the same kind of damage from kicking a lampost?

Hello there I am 16 years old and I have had some bad back pain at one point for about a day or two I really couldn't move I had to like lie down on the floor and not move. Now when for example we play a card game and I deal after about 20 minutes I get lower back pain like a tighten pain. My parents said that it has been to my overweight which I gained alot of weight quickly I have recently lost 25lbs and moved down to 235lbs from 255lbs. Back pain does run in my family. But I am 16 years old and I should not be having any back pain right? What can be causes this and is it serious?

Ok, one night i woke up and I felt very strange, i could barely move or breathe and i looked over to the right of my bed and i saw an alien there. I was terrified but i leant out of my bed and screamed , when i moved it felt like i was moving underwater (really heavy) and my scream made no noise, and the alien ran out of my door and faded, then the heaviness disappeared, I know that I was awake because i saw my radio clock when i first "awoke" and it was the same time after the heaviness disappeared. I was terrified to go to sleep for the next month because if this incident. Does anyone know what might of happened. I don't actually even believe in aliens, and i'm not lying. Does anyone know any reason for what had happened?

My instructor tells me that hand sanitizer kills only the good bacteria and small to medium risk bacteria. The 'bad' bacteria isn't killed by it (staph). The problem is that the bad bacteria actually multiply much more than they did before and you end up with more of the disease causing organisms on you.

Is this true?

Recently I find myself falling into deep drug-like naps during the day. I don't hear anything and cannot remember anything. The nap can last from 30 minutes to almost 2 hours. It is difficult to waken from them and also frightening. This seems to be happening daily lately. Has this ever happened to anyone who can share with me. Thank you. Mandy

Yesterday I broke my ankle and I got a LLC. I went to school today(I'm 14 btw) and everyone was so nice, I got like 500 signtures, and people helped me with my lunch and books and everything. But how can I take the pain away. It is really itchy inside my cast and a pencil isn't long enough so what can I do.
I have been elevating my cast(It's light blue, yea)on a pillow like all afternoon but I also went out and saw some of my friends that didn't know that I had broken my ankle they were so shocked!
They signed my cast and even gave me candy and a get well soon card. The itchiness is driving me crazy though

A friend of mine in another state (PA), I am in SC. She told me a story that happened to her and the more I thought about it the madder I became. I mean, its bad enough that INSURANCE COMPANIES TRY TO PLAY "DOCTOR" BY DENYING CERTAIN PRESCRIPTIONS! But she told me a doctor phoned in her prescription, and when she went to pick it up (on a Friday) the pharmacist told her he was NOT going to fill it! The Rx was by HER DOCTOR, and was APPROVED by her INSURANCE CO. WHAT RIGHT DOES THIS PHARMACIST HAVE TO DENY WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY HERS? She asked him "when" she could get it. He replies "MONDAY" AND SHE SAID TO HIM, "OK, MONDAY MORNING?" HIS REPLY WAS: "NO, MONDAY AFTERNOON!" This is my best friend in another state, and I was VERY UPSET THAT SHE WAS DENIED HER MEDICATION!!! SERIOUSLY, WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THIS??? DID ANYONE EVER HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM. I AM REALLY CURIOUS AS TO WHERE THE PHARMACIST GETS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE HER MEDS??? PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND, SO I CAN RELAY TO HER.

i am 11 years old. and i fell of a rock a week ago, while i was hiking. maybe the fall was about 5-8 ft.
i was knocked out for a couple of minutes, but now i am fine now. but since i landed on my back, it still hurts. i can bend, and touch my toes and everything. i can reach down,and can walk fine. but when i try to run, go down stirs, or make jump, my back hurts. can you please tell me what is wrong, before i go to see a doctor.

I went to a Chiropracter for neck and should problems. In their attemtps to aling my entire spine, they adjusted my back from top to bottom. One of the techniques used was the compresion table, where you lie face down, the table from the waist down is slammed down forcing the lower spine forward.

During my first visit, the chiropracter did this procedure 11 times, until I noticed some discomfort. Upon standing, my lower back felt like "jello" The next day, it went out compltely and I was bed ridden. I went back to the chiro and he explained, "it gets worse before it can get better." and proceded to talk me into another 6 compresions. The next day I was totally crippled and refused to go back. It's been 6 months and my back is a little better, but I'm still cooked, can't walk right and am in pain 24/7.

What can I do about this? Who can I file a complaint with and should I consider legal action? I'm in missery, this guy was a con-man in my opinion.
