Hello there I am 16 years old and I have had some bad back pain at one point for about a day or two I really couldn't move I had to like lie down on the floor and not move. Now when for example we play a card game and I deal after about 20 minutes I get lower back pain like a tighten pain. My parents said that it has been to my overweight which I gained alot of weight quickly I have recently lost 25lbs and moved down to 235lbs from 255lbs. Back pain does run in my family. But I am 16 years old and I should not be having any back pain right? What can be causes this and is it serious?
