What are treatment options what do I do? What is options that you would suggest witout invasive surgery honestly I cant live with the pain I am 32 years old, I have fibromyalgia as well, It really is painful everyday gets worst, I hate it, so what do I do

Sorry I just looked up the other Questions you asked and am somewhat confused myself with this one. You previously stated you have Bi-Polar and a five year old son, as well as Fibromyalgia and now you have 2 fused discs or vertebrae, both very different and Arthritis? You are 32?
I really do not know where to begin, but suggest you really seek medical opinion.

I'd really suggest that you go for surgery because you are still young and you shouldn't sacrifice the mobility of your neck.
Meds have their limitations and side effects.
Without the surgery the arthritis will only become worse, which will further aggravate the fibromyalgia.

hey I am 14 years old and I took over 3 surgerys
I hope you get all the support you can you'll need

as for me I take a ultra sound every week I take a blood test like every 2 weeks but I have alot of support from my family cheering me on
