I just played soccer yesterday for the first time in two years. We played for nearly two hours. Afterwards I did yoga for another two hours.
This morning I woke up on the couch with severe soreness.
During soccer I had fallen and hurt my back, but I am sore everywhere. It isn't a serious PAIN but it is very very sore feeling. My legs, my back, my ribs and abs all hurt. My mom seems to think there is something wrong with me. Or is this just the outcome of being severely unfit and then diving into the game?

I have the Chronic Myofascial Pain that comes with FM. I have the depression that comes with FM. I can't tolerate medications so I stay in pain. All the guy friend sees is what all I can't do. I was thinking about getting my tongue pierced. I was just wondering if anyone out there knows how long it takes for the swelling to go down, and also if anyone knows what the proper ways of treating the piercing are until it heals.

I am trying to find a way to numb my body, so I can run faster in a 2.5k race. I know that a lot of pain relievers also bring down muscle function. What is something I can use that will only affect the pain?

It's happened within the past 15 minutes. It has almost swollen shut. I just rubbed my eye (like I do every night...) and about 5-10 minutes later, my eye is hurting, and I can't see out of it. I checked to see if it was an eyelash or something, but I can find anything. I also flushed my eye with some eye drops and it didn't do anything at all. Could someone please help me, or am I just over- reacting?

It was warm here last week, then it turned cold this weekend, then it started to warm up again and today it's been cold and rainy. And on top of that today I've had a headache off and on. So I'm just wondering if weather changes could, because normally it's allergies, but I know today it's not. Thanks, so much.

My forehead and nose have butterfly stitches I have a black eye and I could have damaged the eye and I look as if I have been slapped about. The large board was put up with two 1/2 inch screw's and not done by a proffessional like it should have been done by in the first place.

I broke my tailbone a couple of years ago. The Doc says it is over 50% displaced. Surgery is not something I want and I have tried cortazone injections and they did not help. Any ideas from anyone. I can hardly drive a car because of the pain.
Thanks
