Depends on the type of headache that you have. My mom suffers from migraines, and purchased a Head On formula made for that, and it doesn't do a thing. The regular headache formula works okay, but it's definately not a "cure all". You get the same results with an ice pack on your head.

yup, i've got some of it.
I find that sometimes the cold sensation makes my pain worse, but most times it can cure the pain or it only distracts me from the pain, and when it wears off I realize that the headache is still lingering.
it's worth trying i think;it works for some headaches but not all...it varies on the person and intensity of the headache

I have a co-worker who SWEARS by it. It completely gets rid of her headaches. So I bought some and tried it. For me, it worked ok, but the headache came back later... of course, it probably would have come back if I had taken aspirins too. It is cold when it goes on, so for me, it kind of simulates putting a cold rag on my head, which I do frequently when I have a headache.

I did and it left a cold feeling to my forehead so I would say yes because I forgot about the pain and was enjoying the coolness. It took my mind off the pain.
