My forehead and nose have butterfly stitches I have a black eye and I could have damaged the eye and I look as if I have been slapped about. The large board was put up with two 1/2 inch screw's and not done by a proffessional like it should have been done by in the first place.

First, go to a doctor to determine if there is damage to your eye. If there is damage, your insurance should take care of it. You say you are scarred...how do you know for sure since you still have the stitches?? Once you've healed, you might not have any scarring. So, if there is no permanent damage to your eye, get over it. It was an accident. S&%t happens.

Your first claim is Workman's Compensation.
Your employer is required to report this, and violating the law if they haven't. Any medical expenses are covered. If you went to a doctor of your own accord, the doctor would/should make a claim to Workman's Comp Board.
You can sue for any other damages and/or plastic surgery, if necessary.
It appears that this is a case of negligence.

you definately have a reason to sue at least for pain and suffering, anytime there is a neglect such as this, the owner of the building is responsible

YES! or at least bring something up about suing to whoever is in charge of your workplace/corporation. They probably will not want you to take them to court or your lawyers and they may just give you money then (and should pay for your medical expenses)

me personally, i don't agree with all this suing people all the time stuff. it was just an accident. we wouldn't have so many ridiculous rules and regulations if people didn't do this.
