I've been a vegetarian for 15 years and take no vitamin supplements (I've tried them in the past and didn't feel any different). I love my job and everythings ok in my life so i'm not depressed, but just feel so tired constantly. Felt like this for years. My grandfather had narcolepsy (the falling asleep at any time illness) and i'm scared incase i'm going to develop this too. Sometimes i feel that i could just lie down on the pavement and sleep. I get 8 hours of good sleep a night but still wake up feeling exhuasted. Bit scared to go to docs incase it's something serious though. I had glandular fever about ten years ago, and felt fine before that. Anyone else feeling like this?

Any assistance would be helpful, i am only 18 and am quite worried it will affect my career!! Thankyou!

I had lasik done 8 months ago and then a retouch on my left eye done 5 months ago. I didn't like the original monovision and had my left eye redone - it was under corrected. Also, my eyes are still very dry even though I use Restasis and Systane. My doctor told me that my left eye will probably be 20/20 after six months, then he told me that it was under corrected. I am so upset and wonder if anyone has this similar problem. He also said that I could redo the left eye again but I am not willing to take a third chance.

It's been this way since I was little, and the funny thing is that I am very outgoing, when I read out loud, I fear it so much that I stutter and loose air...I feel like dying...I don't think this is normal...lack of confidence? Maybe...but I am a college student...and people all around do not have problems like this.

My brother-in-law has a kidney stone 9mm in diameter. The doctor said that it is in a location where they can't break it up into smaller pieces and he has to pass the stone the natural way. Has anyone in here passed a stone that size before and how painful is it really? What can you take for pain? Is Vicodin effective in helping with the pain when passing the stone? Advice please!

I have a scar from when I had a minor surgical procedure. I know that I can use cocoa butter, vitamin e and merderma to treat the scar that is on top of the skin, but I have hard scar tissue that is under the skin. Will that ever go away on its own? Are there any home remedies to get rid of the scar tissue that is below the skin? Thanks.

I can get 7-10 hours of sleep, wake up, and a few hours later (not that I felt great to begin with) I am completely exhausted. I just want to sleep all the time. If I take a nap, I just feel more tired. I have a hard time motivating myself to do everyday things because I'm feeling so tired. What can I do?
