Use a bulb syringe found in the ear wax removal kits to wash out the cotton. Fill the bulb with as warm water as you can tolerate and squeeze it into your ear while you hold your head sideways.
Stop putting the Q-tip in your ear they are not supposed to go inside the ear they are made for superficial cleaning only.

Have someone look and see if it can be seen. Pull it out with a pair of tweezers.
Never use generic cotton swabs for cleaning ears. I have used Q-Tips daily my entire life (I am over 60) with no problems.

Get someone to remove it with a pair of tweezers, be careful not to push it down to far as you can damage the eardrum. Good luck honey

See your doctor or go to ER immediately
Don't even THINK of digging around for it!
Nothing should ever ever go into your ears.
Thanks for teaching me what can happen. No joke. I will never use a q-tip again!

See a doctor. You could break your ear drum trying to pry it out.
