first of all, if that's the following day, do no longer practice in any respect anymore this nighttime. Get a solid nighttime's sleep, and basically in the previous snoozing, learn the song you will play the following day. photograph your self enjoying it in an extremely confident way. in case you start up getting excited, photograph your self calm. once you're finished, pass to sleep. interior the morning, heat up slowly and play the solo SLOWLY yet no longer as much as pace. in the previous the audition, devour protein, bland food and no sugar, no longer even fruit. Drink quite some water and save your great meal until afterwards. you have finished your artwork. have confidence in that artwork and have confidence your recommendations to do what it has to. do no longer attempt to play greater suitable than you do. basically play the way you do. it is going to likely be solid sufficient. you would be in my prayers!

Firstly your proberbly excited or nervous so the best thing you need to do is un-wind!

hot chocolate,a nice movie and a bit of peace and quiet usually does the trick for me!

if that's not your type of thing then try sleeping pills and just generally relaxing and winding down and try not to think about the auditions, btw good luck :)
