i need some injury that i can easily fool my coach and i dont need some adivce on how i shoudlnt lie or w.e i just wanna know what injury i should fake and how

Don't fake an injury, just call your coach and say you have a stomach bug (vomiting and diarrhea). Those bugs take a day or two to get out of your system so by that time, the game you don't want to participate in will long be over.

Not only will I not give you one, but If you don't want to be part of the team, then Quit. You are doing a dis service to all the other players.

A twisted wrist might be easy to fake. Bandage it up real good, with an ace bandage. But be sure NOT to use it or people will know you are faking. And if you're going to fake it with him, you'll have to fake it with everybody at school otherwise somebody will surely blow your cover.

Say you got period pains...always works, especially if the coach is male - they give in straight away!

ankle injuries are easy just bandage it up an limp.. or if you want it to look swollen wrap one bandage around the middle of your ankle and then wrap another one around your whole ankle get me? or research an injury on on the net and use that...

act like you hurt your ankle. Wrap somthing around it, tell your coach you hurt it pract. at home. I did it and it worked but it varies on how you act!!!
