how can you fool a coach into thinking your injuried just to not play for a few days and the sport is soccer. and i know i shouldnt do it and i dont need a lecture i just need to know

Wrap up something with a Ace Bandage and make it look like u have a ankle injury and u cant play

Yeah, you do need a lecture. You clearly need something in your life to point out what is right and what is wrong. . . .clearly, competitive athletics has not done that for you.

you could tell your coach that you have a in growing toe nail which u need to get cut and that injury can last as long as u want it too!

No lecture! Just don't ! Live like you were at your last year of your life. I really have hurt myself and, my life has been hurt until the day I die I pray for a miracle

You could try running a little bit and then falling down in an unusual manner. Whatever you do, make sure you don't hurt yourself for real.

Put a small stone in your shoe-this will make you limp-even when you are not thinking about faking it!!
