You need to visit the emergency room. One of my friends had some kind of bubble or air in her gums that was making her teeth ache. We were driving up to a cabin in tahoe & we brought her to the hospital. They put her on lots of drugs. I'm not exactly sure if it was an absest tooth or what but I know it was serious & she was lucky to have not had anything bad happen. Please just have a doctor check it out, especially since you're already sick. It could be very serious. Ask your mom to bring you to the emergency room.

Go to the doctor and get some medication (especially if your losing weight), it sounds like a sinus infection too. In the mean time have hot steamy showers, breathe in steam vapors (towel over your head while breathing in the hot steam and humidify your room to get some sinus drainage.
I'm also not sure why your not on any meds for mono though, it's not a whole lot of fun and medication would ensure you are rid of it completely.

Go to the doc-just go. In the meantime, here's my home remedy for tooth-ache/gum pain: Get a pint of whiskey. Using the same amount or less as you would with mouthwash, swish the whiskey around the painful areafor 30 sec-1 min. This will numb all pain in your mouth. Any brown liquor will do. Do not swallow, spitit out. Why? Who wants to swallow spit-infused whiskey?

The downside is that the numbness caused by the whiskey will wear off after a while, but it will relieve you of pain for a bit. I have done this when I've broken a filling and I can't get an immediate appt with my dentist.

Yes pressure effects teeth
start with (it sounds gross) irrigating your sinuses - salt water solution in one nostral and out the other (singers use it for resonance)

Pain can be referred from places other than the head. This deals with headaches but the principle works for all kinds of pain.
Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

it is possible that you have a secondary infection in your sinuses. the pressure can cause tooth pain. the tooth pain may also be caused by a bad tooth. visit an urgent care and get some treatment.
