I'm exhausted throught the day, i yawn and frequently lie my head down, but when it comes time to actually sleep, i have trouble falling asleep (often i feel energized and gittery) also on the rare occasion i do fall asleep, i don't stay asleep, I often wake up 2-4 hours later and once again have difficulty getting back to sleep. After sleep i almost never feel energized. I try to stay away from caffinated but lately i feel the need to rely on them to make it through the day. I'm in my late teens and have never had this problem until recently. If any one has any suggestions, please enlighten me!!

I've been diagnosed with sciatica, which is worse while sitting. The only relief I find, which is limited, is with hydrocodone medication. Seeking other sufferers with any advice. Thank You, Jeff in GA

I'm a 21 year old healthy male but for the past 5 days or so i've had a pain in my chest. It's right at the top of my chest slightly to the left hand side. It's not unbearable pain but can be quite uncomfortable and seems to get worse throughout the day. Any doctors out there?

My roommate and I are looking forward to a special night coming up. We are planning on drinking 12 shots of vodka in 12 minutes, and I just want to make sure that throwing up is as bad as it can get. Note, we are far from lightweights. We have consumed as much alcohol in an hour with results no worse than poor memory the day following. We have also taken 6 shots in 10 seconds.

My point is, can 12 shots in 12 minutes result in anything worse than throwing up? Just trying to be safe:) (I realize there is irony in this question)

The main question is Is this a settlement issue. If so then the amount in a ball park range. A work retraining issue. If so then is this like going to community college or such as that or maybe monthly checks from the Federal Goverment. If so then how much is a normal amount. All of this is taking place in North Carolina.. I have limited strength, moblity and moderate to severe pain constantly.
