I have really bad headache. Not sure if its migraine. I feel pressure at both sides. Not sure why either. Can this be slept away?

a headache on both sides is a tension headache. migraines are typically unilateral. caffiene withdrawl is a common cause. try bc powder. it contains caffiene and helps quickly.

Well headaches happen for a wide variety of reasons(sinuses etc..) I get migraines and they can also cause blurry vision and nausea. Sometimes they can be slept away. Taking excedrin migraine may help too. In any case, if headaches are recurring then you should definately see a doctor.

take 2 excedrin migraine
sleep in a dark room with a cold washcloth over your eyes
works for me every time
if not a migraine and it persists see a dr
