i dont have a sore throat i have sneezed a bit no bad cough but i had a bug or virus (vomiting)a week ago i think is that why?
only one is swollen on right side not all the way up neAr the ear down closer to the middle fo the neck on the side

It's just a sign of lingering infection and blocked lymph nodes, Mr. X. If it doesn't get better in a few days, go see your doctor. He may prescribe you some antibiotics to completely get rid of the infection or bacteria or whatever is the cause.

Swollen Lymph nodes are a sign of infection. If you were sick not too long ago that could be why, or maybe you are getting sick again.

should always have physician check those....
strep
mono
thyroid
other lymph nodes conditions can exist...even to be removed..
