I haven't done anything to it. I haven't fallen or hurt it in anyway. It has hurt way before the computer thing. It feels like it needs to pop, or that it is out of place. Why? I can't get rid of the pain and it hurts badly. A few fingers feel numb now and then. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

I have also never broken a bone in my whole life. I am only 26, I do take my vitamins. I don't know what else to say. But thank you in advance.

She has been examined by eye specialists who say they can do nothing more for her. One pupil is more dilated than the other. She is in great distress about her failing eyesight and I can't find articles or books which help her to cope

I wore my vari-focal lenses for driving until I reversed straight into my sons bright red car. I didn't even see the thing! This was due to the lack of periferal vision provided by vari-focals. Unless you are looking directly at an object (in this case my sons car) it becomes invisible. In effect, a blind spot. It made we wonder whether half the silly accidents we see on our roads are caused by people wearing vari-focals, who simply can't see where they are going. Particularly at junctions.
Is this because they can't afford the price of a pair of driving specs, or because they can't be bothered having more than one pair?
What do you think?

surely if the word "common" is in the title, then there must be something there that would help preventing the cold in the first place?

I had / have runner's knee for a while (about a month) and I recieved orthotics and now it doesn't hurt. I thought it had gone away but when I tried to kneel I notived that the knee cap is still raised and that I wan't able to position it correctly. Is this a sign that it is heeling? Or that my body just adjusted to the pain?

back in late june of this year a stepped on a peice of glass while at a creek. it cut a 1 1/2-2 inch cut across the bottom of my foot that was pretty deep, tissue and other stuff was hanging out. so i got stiches and laid out for about 2 weeks and slowly got back into doing my sports (mountain biking and kayaking) again. well just recently i start jogging and after about 10 minutes of jogging my foot starts to bother me. i wouldnt really call it painful, im not really sure how to explain it, but it bothers me enough to make me stop running. the painful sort of feeling is coming from where the cut was and i can feel it sort of in the back of my foot too. so my question is this painful sort of feeling from my injury?

For the past few months Ive been getting more headaches than normal but for the past 5 days Ive had a headache that makes me worry. I have been going through more stress this last few months but this last weeks ache is killing me. Sat I did drink a lot(which is stupid cause I have a slightly high bilirubin level), so I know why my head hurt Sunday.
I just don't what this could mean. Ive taken ibprofen but I don't want to over do it so I haven't taken that much. I know I should go to the doctor if it continues but I just want to know what I should be looking out for.

My BF has had neuralgia for the last 5 days and has been in agony, the Doctor gave him painkillers but they were useless. He went back and was prescribed Amitriptyline.

Whilst he has had some slight relief from the spasms he is still getting them on a regular basis and wakes in the night (when he sleeps) in terrible pain...does this drug take long to work? - only had a few days.

Is there anything else we can try to relieve the symptoms (no wisecracks please) he has never suffered like this before.

Your help appreciated

I was mopping the kitchen floor and fell on my butt, I was 17 years old at the time. I noticed a couple of months later that i had some round small bumps on my back by the hipline just above the butt. I don't know what they are and they don't hurt but i still have them. You can't see them but they are there when you touch them i can feel them. And my back started to hurt after i fell. when i lie flat on my carpet my hip hurts so much that I have fainted because of the pain and could not walk for a whole day. that has happened to me two times in the past nine years. I have not gone to the Doctor because I don't want to get operated and have to stay at the hospital for a long time I have kids at home and they are small. I think I might of torn that bone tissue that helps the bone move that is between the bones. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU? AND WHAT DID YOU DO OR WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? DID YOU ALSO GET THOSE BUMPS I WAS TALKING ABOUT THAT I GOT? PLEASE HELP ONLY ANSWER IF YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS.

I have a potential employer that will be doing a drug screen by swabing the inside of my mouth. I've never heard this before, I always thought you had to pee in cup for a urinalyisis. Is this accurate? or are they testing for something else and calling it a drug screening? I don't do any drugs so that is not a problem.
