I had one in my arm by my elbow for 3 years, Then I fell down some steps, grabbed the rail and jerked my arm....no more trapped nerve! Fab!

Hi sorry to hear your having this pain problem,i have recently had surgery,and they cut through my nerve system,i am in agony!i went to my Dr and he prescribed me some tablets.....they didn't work.......went back and he sent me down to the hospital,where i had the surgery,they then prescribed me different tablets(Gabapentin)there souly for nerve/muscle pain........i swear by them they are brilliant even though I'm still getting some nerve pain and muscle pain its reduced by 90%.Try and see if your Gp would give you these there good.

I have the same problem but in the top of my leg, it kills sometimes, been to dr. got painkillers, I was supposed to be getting phyiso, but the appointment has yet to come , after 3 weeks of waiting, know how you feel, hope it gets better soon .

I had to have surgeries on both elbows to fix the ulnar nerve.

Go to a massage therapist...... find one that specializes in injuries. You be suprised what magic they can work.

Go see the doctor. My father had one in his shoulder and he was given painkillers until is fixed itself.

Try a Chiropractor. I had one in my back and it sorted that problem.
