It is very possible that you have nasal allergies (rhinitis). I have a severe case of nasal and throat allergies. I experience many symptoms including headaches. I am under treatment now. It is getting better slowly. It wouldn't hurt to check with an ear, nose, and throat specialist, especially if you have symptoms such as bad smell lingering in your nose or nasal sneezing, itching, or runny like water (nasal drip). I would go and have an allergy test done for the smells. About the looking down and turning around you might need to go and have your eyes checked.
