I was mopping the kitchen floor and fell on my butt, I was 17 years old at the time. I noticed a couple of months later that i had some round small bumps on my back by the hipline just above the butt. I don't know what they are and they don't hurt but i still have them. You can't see them but they are there when you touch them i can feel them. And my back started to hurt after i fell. when i lie flat on my carpet my hip hurts so much that I have fainted because of the pain and could not walk for a whole day. that has happened to me two times in the past nine years. I have not gone to the Doctor because I don't want to get operated and have to stay at the hospital for a long time I have kids at home and they are small. I think I might of torn that bone tissue that helps the bone move that is between the bones. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU? AND WHAT DID YOU DO OR WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? DID YOU ALSO GET THOSE BUMPS I WAS TALKING ABOUT THAT I GOT? PLEASE HELP ONLY ANSWER IF YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS.

You might want to start with a chiropractor. Impact injuries from falls, sports, car accidents, etc, can move your joints, tendons, etc around in nasty ways, and a chiropractor can really help.

As for not going to the doctor, girl, what's wrong with you? First, you are giving your children a BAD example to follow. Second, if you let this drag on, end up crippled, how are you going to be there for your kids?

Now, going to the doctor doesn't necessarily result in surgery. Discuss your concern with a doctor, emphasize your desire to explore other options, such as:

Physiotherapy - ideally with a sports clinic or other small place, don't go to a franchise outfit

Chiropractic

Accupuncture - ya barely feel the needles, but this can really help if pain is caused by nerve damage

Medical treatment/pain management - including linament, medication, herbal and homopathic remedies.

I've ridden horses for years, been tossed off a few times, played sports and been in a couple car accidents. I've experienced a variety of back and hip pain, with and without "bumps" - in my case, the "bumps" turned out to be misplaced tendons, that sort thing. Chiropractic helped, physio helped, and anti-inflamatory treatment helped. I still get "tune ups" when I need it, because if I don't take care of myself, now, I'm not going to last long enough to take care of kids!

Good luck

I had a similar accident I feel flat of my back in the yard. I was in such pain for about 2-3 months it eased off some but it was impossible to sleep. about 6 months later I had a relapse I could not walk I hurt so bad. I went to the doc both times they could not find a problem. They told me that I most likely suffer from Fibromialga. It is a condition that causes inflamation in your muscle but there is no medical test to diagnose it. they Have to make a guess. Your body has what the call trigger points at different parts of the body. When you have pain in a certain amount of these points that is how they diagnose you. You really should let your doc check you out you could have a serious problem or it could be something simple that they can treat you with some type of anti-inflamatory. Going untreated can lead to arthritis

you might have fractured your hip. Although you assert you've gotten robust bones, it is very rough to understand in the event you do or now not and your age would possibly end up to be a aspect on your fall. Pain this extreme must be pronounced to the medical professional instantly, you don't wish that hip to fix badly. See a medical professional! Good success!
