my mom died of heptic liver and i`m her oldest daughter and i`m starting to get yellow eyes and having gall bladder problems is this a problem

It could be. Go to a doctor they can give you blood tests to check for proper liver function.
The yellow eyes are a sign of improper bilirubin metabolism.
However many people have gall bladder problems hence why so many have it removed.

I haven't heard of heptic liver. Hepatic means referring to the liver. Either way, if it's heredity, you should see a doctor. They may be able to do something to prevent it.
