I haven't done anything to it. I haven't fallen or hurt it in anyway. It has hurt way before the computer thing. It feels like it needs to pop, or that it is out of place. Why? I can't get rid of the pain and it hurts badly. A few fingers feel numb now and then. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

I have also never broken a bone in my whole life. I am only 26, I do take my vitamins. I don't know what else to say. But thank you in advance.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is not caused only from typing in the computer. Some people get it from playing tennis or repetitive motion from the type of work they do, like in a factory. If its only happened recently take Motrin or Alleve with meals 3 pills every six hours for the next two weeks. If it doesn't go away then see your doctor.
