Boy, I thought I had heard everything! How can you possibly imagine having sex with a stone?
Unless you mean that you are afflicted with a kidney stone and are wondering if it is OK.to have sex with your partner?
If I remember correctly, your kidneys are not really part of your reproductive system,so it should be OK. Of course ,any movement of the kidney may cause pain.

I guess you could, but I prefer sex with another human being.
Seriously, if you can get past the agony of the stone, you can probably have sex without problems.

totally different anatomy, where the kidney stone is located. If you can stand the pain...go for it!
