Is it safe to eat frozen spinach or is it still possible to get E-coli?

It doesn't matter what I do, how much sleep I get, or how much I try to relax, I can't seem to shake this constant feeling of tenseness, even anxiety sometimes, and I'm almost ALWAYS tired.

Sometimes I think I'm tired because I'm just bored, or because I'm stressed from work. But it just never goes away, regardless of what I do to relax. I go to bed early and sleep late, when I can - or I go to bed early and get up early ... and I'm still tired either way.

In the past, I've had problems with depression, and social anxieties, and probably ADD also (but who doesn't think they have ADD?) ... this continued sense of pressure could be a result of all that.

It just feels like a weight on my chest all the time ... like my muscles are tense and my mind is always racing with vivid thoughts that keep me up at night.

It could be my diet, I suppose, but I'm not that badly out of shape. I'm probably average, I think.
How can I finally relax - short of medicating myself into a coma?

I'm also curious to try this combination for anxiety during the day. I have a new job now as a server in a busy restaurant and I stay stressed out. I think I'd do much better taking a doctor prescribed anti-anxiety pill such as ativan, but I fear becoming addicted to synthetic drugs. I would truly appreciate any advice on this.

Okay, it doesn't really hurt or anything, but theres a hard, boney lump in my left hand that moves when I move my fingers. It's right below my ring and middle finger. No it's not the bone, because it doesn't feel at all like my other hand. It's been there for, like, two months now.

I have sleep apnea and am scheduled to pick up a cpap machine this week. I found them to be uncomfortable when I spent the night at the sleep clinic but I'm going to give it a try. My sleep apnea is moderate to severe so I've got to try something to improve my condition. I've heard several people say they hadn't slept so well in years after going on the cpap. Can anyone out there give me a review? If they are bothersome at first can you eventually get used to them?

My knees crack and pop all the time, and make a noise like crinkling celophane. They hurt, but it's a dull ache rather than a sharp pain. The noises keep getting louder.

I'm under 30, so I don't know that this is normal aging.

kevin? They give the face a "controlled" 2nd degree burn. It swells up oozes and all of the skin scabs up and falls off to reveal a beautiful glowing new layer of skin. Sounds crazy right? They are 1700 dollars and they are done every day for aging. I have scars from an accident. I am scared, but who does not want to look better, especially when it is already paid for .

I have been told to not eat or drink before surgery. How long should you go without eating or drinking? Why do they suggest that? Does that include water?
