try chicken broth, beef broth, or chicken noodle. Don't eat anything with milk or that is heavy at first, it could upset your stomach, so stick with something light. You might even try some jello.. or Popsicles.. then as you start feeling better, eat a little more and then when you feel like you can hold it all down, go for what ever you want... Chicken noodle. It would be light on your stomach and you can sip the broth. Don't eat anything with milk in it like tomato.
