My knees crack and pop all the time, and make a noise like crinkling celophane. They hurt, but it's a dull ache rather than a sharp pain. The noises keep getting louder.

I'm under 30, so I don't know that this is normal aging.

You have arthritis, it is bone rubbing on bone that makes that noise.....I had this also at the beginning.....If I walked up or down stairs with people, my knees made more noise then anyone...
Everyone was looking around to see, who was making that noise.
I'm afraid 20 years later I had to have a knee replacement.....No more pain or noise.....Use ice on your knees-it works on the pain.
GOOD LUCK!!.

Im 15 and have that problem, i would just go to a doctor, it could be a lot of reasons, not just arthritis, mines because my patellas to high so it rubs on the bones its supposed to sit between. I would also try Glucosamine, it might help a little bit even if it just helps the joint.

The scariest/creepiest factor I've encountered are evil individuals who believe they're typical, judgemental individuals who believe they're with out sin and individuals who think the whole lot they listen. If you're asking approximately supernatural stuff, that's not horrifying to me. Those occasions have made me both mad or unhappy relying at the vigor however no longer scared or creeped out.
