What if there is nobody around except me(i'm a guy) and the poor young lady with bikini,i mean what should i do first?I try to put my ear close to her chest and there's no sound of heartbeat or breathing.What must i do next?

Latley for the past 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to get to sleep at a decent time. Sometimes 4-5-6 in the morning is when I am actually getting tired. And then sleep in till 2-3 pm. And I went one day without sleeping and that next night I was out like a light but the next day I satyed up late again. I thought I could fix my sleeping schedule like that but it didn't work. I also tried over the counter stuff like Tylonal PM and sleep aids-didn't feel sleepy though after the 3rd night of taking them. I dunno if I should go to the doctor and ask for prescription sleeping pills or what. What should I try? And or do to fix this sleeping schedule disaster!!!

I don't normally get headaches, but when I moved to Berne, Switzerland (altitude over 1500 feet) I had headaches for about six weeks. The same thing happened when I returned after 2 years in Sydney and again when I returned after 2 years in Hong Kong.

About 3 days ago I think I did some minor damage to my left eardrum, then yesterday I came down with a head cold. Now I am having consistant pain in my left ear. Is this probably an ear infection?
